no numero dois é só colocar o not depois do verbo to be para fazer a negativa , pode usar também as formas contratas a como isn't ou aren't Ex Grandm is not ( isn't ) kinitting a new sweter.
e para fazer a interrogativa basta colocar  o verbo to be na frente da frase, depois o sujeito e o verbo com ing  e o ponto de interrogação Ex: Is grandma tying a new sweter ?
