Explicação:

Vamos lá: perceba que nas frases afirmativas nós primeiro colocamos o subject, depois o verbo to be ( am/is/are), depois o going to e depois o verb

Exemplo: The family is going to have a big party

Nas frases negativas nós colocamos isso tudo novamente, porém acrescentamos um “not” depois do verbo to be e antes do going to

Exemplo: The girl is not going to do her homework

E, para finalizar, nas frases interrogativas nós colocamos primeiro o verbo to be, depois o subject, depois o going to e depois o verbo

Exemplo: Is the girl going to make a cake for her brother?
