Soluções para a tarefa
Pra formar o passado contínuo, é só colocar o verbo to be no passado + o verbo principal no contínuo.
Ex: Eu estava comendo.
"I was eating" - Was é o verbo to be no passado para o sujeito I (eu), e eating é a ação contínua de comer. É igual no português, "estava comendo" é o verbo ser + o contínuo do verbo comer.
