Atividades que realizamos pela manhã

a) Brush my teeth

Everyday I brush my teeth. I do it after every meal, which means at least three times. It's very important to keep our teeth as clean as possbile to avoid dental problems such as cavities.

b) Comb my hair

I comb my hair everday after I wake up. Its important to comb or brush our hair to keep it nice.

c) Ride a bike

I ride my bike veryday after school. Exercising is very good to our health and keep our body in shape, avoid problems such as diabetes and obesity.

d) Drink coffee

I love drinking coffee on the mornings and at night. It keeps my mind focused on my job.
