Explicação
O termo "Did" é usado como verbo auxiliar no passado, assim como "Do" e "Does" que se resumem no verbo "To Do" é o verbo auxiliar no presente simples.
Vale ressaltar que, quando a frase está no passado simples tanto na interrogativa como na negativa, o verbo volta a sua forma original, ou seja, no infinitivo, não tendo assim necessidade de conjugar o mesmo verbo no passado.
