{ x/2 + y = 3   ----> y = 3 - x/2 
{ - x/4 - 2y = 0

Substitua y por 3 - x/2:

- x - 2y = 0

- x - 2 . ( 3 - x ) = 0

- x - 6 + 2x = 0   ---> m.m.c 4
  4          2

- x - 24 + 4x = 0 
            4

- x + 4x = 0 + 24
3x = 24
x = 24
       3
x = 8

Substitua x por 8:

x + y = 3

8 + y = 3
2

4 + y = 3
y = 3 - 4
y = - 1
