Resposta:

3a. pessoa singular (he - she - it)

Negativa coloca DOESN'T após o sujeito (he - she - it) e o verbo volta para a forma original sem ''s''

He goes to school by bus.  He DOESN'T go to school by bus.

She has a blue bike. She DOESN'T have a blue bike.

Interrogativa coloca DOES na frente do sujeito (he - she - it) e o verbo volta para a forma original sem ''s''

He goes to school by bus. DOES he go to school by bus?

She has a blue bike. DOES she have a blue bike?

I - We - You - They

Negativa coloca DON'T após I - WE - YOU - THEY

We go to school by bus. We DON'T go to school by bus.

You have a blue bike. You DON'T have a blue bike.

Interrogativa coloca DO na frente do sujeito I - WE - YOU - THEY

We go to school by bus. DO we go to school by bus?

You have a blue bike. DO you have a blue bike?

Explicação:

Auxiliar DO     - I - We - You - They

Auxiliar DOES - He - She - It
