A negativa do verbo "be (estar)" é adicionar o not (não) ao final.
Exemplo:
She IS my sister = She is not my sister.
He IS my brother = He IS NOT my brother.
The dog IS black = The dog IS NOT black.
Pra outros verbos que não sejam o "be(ser)" adiciona-se o DO NOT.
Exemplo:
Dogs eat meat = Dogs DO NOT eat meat .
I like eating junk food = I DO NOT like eating junk food.
Na terceira pessoa do singular é só por o DOES.
Exemplo:
He plays video game = He DOES NOT play video game.
A interrogativa é só por o verbo "be(ser)" no início da frase.
You are very good at chess = Are you very good at chess?
Pra outros verbos usa-se o DO. Na terceira pessoa do singular usa-se o DOES.
Dogs like you = DO dogs like you?
He plays volleyball = DOES he play volleyball?
;)
