Before the Covid-19 pandemic, my routine consisted of waking up early, taking inhalations, drinking coffee, working, having lunch, in the afternoon dedicating myself to studies and another cycle of inhalations, going to the gym at least three times a week (functional training, to gain muscle mass) and pilates. In the evening I had dinner and took the bus to college, and on the way back I finally rested. To take care of my mental health, I held biweekly consultations with the Psychologist. On weekends, I used to enjoy with family, boyfriends and friends, making various interactive and fun programs, such as gatherings, sleeping at friends' houses, movies, dances, parties, etc. Of course, whenever there was time left, I dedicated myself to myself, doing things like drawing, coloring, playing, talking with friends, playing with my dog and kittens, dancing, among other activities ... Now I wake up early, do college stuff and inhalations in the morning and afternoon, in the evening I have dinner and attend college online. In addition, I adapted the gym and pilates exercises with the resources I have at home, always trying to balance food and treatment with exercises. Whenever I need to leave, I try to take an alcohol gel in my purse or backpack and now I also always carry the mask with me.
