first topic: beauty standards impose by society

until nowadays we have this, but why?? the answer is quite sneering, cause the society impose that you need to be perfect, thin, that no one have problems, everything is wonderful

the truth is: this ''perfect'' world does not exist

everyone have problems

second topic: social pressure to fit in

it is very usual actually, we are living in a world were always exist standards and for like almost everyone it is kind of normal, but it is not

and to do that we go to the third topic, people get sick to became a ''normal'' person, and that is so wrong, cause it has people who hurt themselves to fit the mold

this is 1 of the things humanity needs to changes urgently
