Concordância verbal (verb agreement)

A concordância sujeito-verbo refere-se ao conceito gramatical de que o sujeito de uma frase deve se alinhar com o verbo principal dessa mesma frase.

Em outras palavras,  o "subject-verb agreement" diz que o verbo ou verbos de uma frase devem corresponder ao número, pessoa e gênero do sujeito.
