eu não entendi bem se é pra fazer uma frase negativa e outra interrogativa dessa frase, OU se é pra colocar ela na negativa e depois mantendo ela na negativa passar pra interrogativa (virar uma negativa interrogativa), vou fazer os 3 de qualquer forma:

interrogativa: are there other methods to analyze self-evaluation tests​?

interrogativa negativa:  aren't there other methods to analyze self-evaluation tests​?
