garlic bread (pão de alho)

INGREDIENTS:

5 baguettes

800g of seasoned chicken heart

100g of Margarine Claybom

50ml olive oil

3 cloves of garlic

Chopped parsley

800g cheese plate

PREPARATION MODE

1.— Take 800g of Perdigão Na Brasa seasoned chicken heart, place in a bowl.

2.— Then stick the hearts on a wooden skewer (a tip: soak the skewers in the water so as not to burn when you are baking the hearts).

3.— Take it to the barbecue in the medium brazier (40 cm from the ember) and let it roast for 10 min on each side.

4.— For garlic sauce:

5.— Take slightly melted Margarine Claybom, add a drizzle of olive oil, chopped parsley and chopped garlic. Mix everything and pass in the bread.

6.— Remove the hearts from the grill and place the bread to make a golden one too.

7.— Melt the cheese to put on top of the hearts in the bread. For this cream, take cheese plate (or any other type of cheese of your choice) cut into cubes and take it to a pan on the grill.

8.— While the cheese is melting, remove the hearts from the skewer and place on top of the bread.

9.— Throw the melted cheese on top of the hearts and close the bread.
