Enola is a teenage girl whose brother, twenty years older, is made detective Sherlock Homes. When her mother disappears, running away from the lock down of the vitorian society and leaving money behind so Enola could do the same, the girl iniciates an investigation to find out her mother's whereabouts, at the same time that she needs to go against her brother's Mycroft wish to send her to a boarding school for girls. On her way to London, she meets a fugitive Lord and helps him find out who's chasing him and wants to stop the outcome of a great political reform.
