Anger
Anger is an emotion like joy or fear or sadness. Anger is neither good nor bad but it tells us that something is
wrong and needs changing. As it escalates, physical symptoms intensify - the face flushes, muscles tighten, palms
sweat and you may experiment a feverish sensation.
Who gets angry at what? Just to illustrate, when you’re standing in the “ten items or less” line at the
supermarket behind a person making fourteen purchases, do you get angry? Some people do, because they’ re
always in a hurry. But different things can provoke anger in different people, and the situation that causes fury one
day may not do so the next.
