Ingredientes:
1kg de morangos lavados e picados
400g de chantilly
1 pacote de biscoito champagne
Morangos pra decorar
1/2 litros de leite para molhar os biscoitos
Creme de baunilha:
1 lata de leite condensado
2 latas de leite
2 gemas peneiradas
2 colheres de sopa de amido de milho
Essência de baunilha
1 caixinha de creme de leite
Creme de chocolate:
300g de chocolate ao leite
300g de chocolate meio amargo
1 caixinha de creme de leite
Modo de preparo:
1.levar ao fogo baixo o leite condensado,o leite,as gemas o amido e a essência de baunilha mexendo até engrossar
2.Desligar o fogo deixe esfriar mexendo de vez em quando depois acrescentar o creme de leite
Creme de chocolate:
Picar os chocolates e derreter em banho maria depois colocar o creme de leite
Montagem:
1.Em um pirex fazer uma camada de biscoitos champagne molhados no leite,uma de creme de baunilha,morangos picados,uma de creme de chocolate,assim sucessivamente
2.Cobrir com Chantilly decorar com chocolate picado e morangos
3.Levar para a geladeira por pelo menos 4 horas

Chocolat Pavé with Strawberries
Ingredients:
* 1 kg of previously washed and chopped strawberries
* 400 gr whipped cream
* 1 package of lady fingers
* strawberries to decorate
* 0,5 l milk to wet the lady fingers
Vanilla Cream:
* 1 can of sweet condensed milk
* 2 cans of milk
* 2 sifted egg yolks
* 2 tablespoons corn starch
* Vanilla Extract
* 1 small package heavy cream
Chocolat Cream:
* 300 gr milk chocolat
* 300 gr dark chocolat
* 1 small package heavy cream
Directions:
1. Slowly cook the sweet condensed milk, the milk, the egg yolks, the corn starch and the vanilla extract, stiring until the mix thickens.
2. Remove it from the cooker and let it cool, stiring once in a while. Add the sweet condensed milk.
Chocolat Cream:
Chop both kinds of chocolat and melt it in bain-marie. Add the heavy cream.
Assembling:
1. In a pyrex, put a layer of lady fingers previously wet in milk, cover it with a layer of vanilla cream, then another of chopped strawberries, another of chocolat cream, and so on.
2. Cover it with the whipped cream and decorate with the chopped chocolat and strawberries.
3. Keep it in the fridge at least 4 hours.
