$x = 4$

$2 \sqrt{0} + 0 = 2 \times 0$
$2 \sqrt{4} + 4 = 2 \times 4$

$0 = 0$
$8 = 8$

$x = 0$
$x = 4$

$x1 = 0$
$x2 = 4$
