My hometown is Recife, the beautiful capital of Pernambuco, also known as "The Home of Colors" as a tourist name. It's a historic city known for its natural riches, such as the famous tree called pau-brasil (now, very rare to find), made to colorate clothes. The economy is based in tourism, exportation and industrial development. The city is full of trees in some neighborhoods and here, we have a lot of museums and galleries to show Brazil's story over the years. It's a great place to live! Everybody is very happy and polite, the schools are great. The only bad thing is the traffic, but besides that, it seems like paradise itself, specially for the gorgeous beaches we got, such as Boa Viagem and Pina.
