o último realmente era 'she said that she', mas os dois primeiros estão em 3º pessoa, eles não estão falando de nós incluindo o interlocutor e sim deles, bem como o terceiro está falando dele mesmo, não do interlocutor. veja, na quarta, principalmente, não faz o menor sentido um terceiro te dizer que vai a determinado lugar, e você dizer 'fulano disse que EU vou a determinado lugar', entende?
