dos verbos.

  Frases na  Afirmativa

  • A forma que tem  modificação é a terceira pessoa do singular,
    acrescenta um " - s " na terminação

  • Verbos terminados em –ss, –sh, –ch, –o, –x, acrescenta-se "–es"
    (miss, pass, watch, finish, do):

        She misses...

        He passes ...

        She watches

        He finishes

        She does

Verbo "to be"

Tem formas distintas na 1ª pessoa singular e 3ª pessoa singular

Usa-se o verbo auxiliar " to do "

A frase fica assim estruturada

Sujeito +

+ verbo "to do " no Simple present na negativa +

+ verbo principal no Infinitivo

sujeito = we

verbo = don't   ( verbo "to do" na negativa )

Exceção:

Verbo to be

I am not ....

You are not

Apenas se acrescenta a partícula negativa " not "

Frases na Interrogativa

Usa-se o auxiliar " to do ", no Simple Present na afirmativa.

Do = na afirmativa

sujeito = they

verbo principal = play

Exceção:

Não tem auxiliar.
