If one has completed his bachelor's degree, the next three levels of degrees are ,

1. Masters - In masters, one studies about the subject in bachelor's degree in depth. It is the next step after bachelor's degree.

2. M Phil. - After completion of Masters degree, one has to do Master of Philosophy (M.Phil). It includes significant studies of research. It aslo includes a research project which is generally supervised.

3. PhD.

After completing Master of Philosophy, one has to do PhD that is Doctor of Philosophy. They are supposed to have the whole in and out of the subject they got degree in. It's highest level of Academic degree at university.
