Verbos Modais

Os verbos modais nada mais são do que complementos para os verbos principais de cada sentença, ou seja, irão dar algum sentido a mais para o verbo propriamente dito, seja esse sentido de obrigação, possibilidade e entre outros.

Com isso dito, temos que os verbos modais usados nas frases dos exercícios são could e can. Can indica uma possibilidade de fazer algo no presente ou no futuro, ou seja, poder, já o could indica uma possibilidade acerca de alguma coisa que ocorreu no passado, isto é, poderia.
