Nesse caso, basta você adicionar -self ou -selves às palavras.

Por exemplo,

I broke my leg, so it’s hard for me to stand up by me.

I broke my leg, so it’s hard for me to stand up by myself.

Também vale lembrar que “-self” é para pronomes singulares (I, you, he/she/it), e “-selves” é para pronomes no plural (you, we, they).

Dessa forma:

I -> myself
You -> yourself
He -> himself
She -> herself
It -> itself

You (plural) -> yourselves
We -> ourselves
They -> themselves
