many people put up mental barriers when it comes to solving their problems, and you can start making a difference by showing that it's not that difficult. even differences as subtle as sharing your ideas about changing the world can do a lot, it's a butterfly effect that starts very small. try to encourage people to talk about their plans, because often they don't have the courage to take the first step, which is the most essential thing. this is how many campaigns work, for example: garbage collection campaigns, many people think it doesn't help at all but just the fact that several people came together for the local well-being shows that with only a few people, the difference is already being made in some sort of way. the initiative is the first and most important step, which can and will end up changing many, many lives in many forms.
