Explicação:

Esse tipo de pergunta curta utilizada no fim da frase para solicitar a confirmação de uma informação dita anteriormente, se chama tag question.  Também é comum utilizarmos isso no portugues, fazemos tal confirmação com locuções como "né", "não é mesmo" no fim da frase.

No inglês sempre use os mesmos verbos usados anteriormente na frase, porém se o verbo anterior estiver na afirmativa, coloque-o na negativa, e vice-versa.

ex: na letra A do exercício: She IS playing basketball, ISN`T she?

-> Note que usamos o mesmo verbo (IS), porém um na afirmativa e outro na negativa, o segundo serviu para para solicitar a confirmação.
