c) My family doesn´t use the glossary in the textbook to check the meaning of the words..
d) My family don´t use the glossary in the textbook to check the meaning of the words

mochie13: Resposta correta é a letra D, pois o uso do “do” e do verbo estão ambos corretos
CremildaBR: dependendo do contexto, ''FAMILY'' pode ser singular ou plural. No caso, está no singular ''My family USES the glossary in the textbook to check the meaning of the words.''... o verbo ''uses'' indica terceira pessoa do singular. Então, a negativa tem que ser ''doesn't'' e não ''don't''. Por isso, a alternativa correta é letra C... ok? ;)
CremildaBR: Se a frase original afirmativa fosse ''My family USE the glossary in the textbook to check the meaning of the words.'' estaria no plural. Então, a negativa seria ''d) My family DON'T use the glossary in the textbook to check the meaning of the words''

My family uses ... >> verbo termina em ''s'' >> uses. Significa que a frase está na terceira pessoa do singular (he - she - it). A negativa é feita colocando-se ''doesn't'' e o verbo na forma original >>> My family doesn't use ...

Explicação:

→→  Do     -  auxiliar para interrogativa e negativa no presente.  Usado com I - We - You - They

→→  Does - auxiliar para interrogativa e negativa no presente.  Usado com a terceira pessoa singular >>> he - she  - it. Na presença do ''does / doesn't'' o verbo perde o ''s'' e volta para a forma original
