4. (2) the strongest : ele é o mais forte de todos, não está comparando com alguém em específico
5. (2) the latest : se fosse apenas (1 )later a frase teria que ter later than quem? later than o quê? Agora se ele sempre chega o mais tarde, posso interpretar como chegando o mais tarde possível.
