Primeiramente antes de darmos um conselho à alguém, precisamos entender o que essa pessoa está perguntando, e para isso, iremos precisar utilizar nossos conhecimentos básicos tanto de gramática como de vocabulário na língua inglesa, uma vez que a pergunta foi feita em inglês.
Com isso dito, podemos inferir que nesse caso, o primeiro está relacionado com falar mal de pessoas na internet, o segundo sobre pessoas falando mal de você na internet, e por fim, o terceiro fala sobre a namorada desconfiando de alguém e olhando o celular constantemente.
