Explicação:

Para a transformação das frases no formato negativo, basta você colocar didn't (já que todas as frases estão no passado) e mudar o verbo para a forma  no infinitivo, e o resto permanece sem mudança.

No caso das frases interrogativas, você coloca o "did" (porque está tudo no simple past), a pessoa (we, you, etc.), o verbo na forma infinitiva, e, por fim, o restante da frase.
