Gender equality is defenitely a big issue in Brazil.

c) Do you think that's fair?

I don't think that's fair.

d) Do you know of any movement in Brazil in favor of gender equality?

There are many groups made out of women who believes in the equality of the sexes. The black feminism is one of these.

e) Do you participate in that movement?

I don't participate actively, but I agree with all the thoughts around its ideas.

f) What are you doing to help solve that issue?

I am mostly presenting the ideia and the concepts to my mother and younger sister.

g) of the sixteen issues in the My World survey, which one do you think is the most important? Why?

The answer to this question is personal to the student, due to its specificity.

Finance, insurance, agencies and consultancies are the ones with the largest gender pay gaps.
