Explicação:

Nas frases que apresentam o "will" a pessoa que está falando indica incerteza. Percebemos isso pelo uso de expressões como "I think" ( letra a) e também quando o locutor indica que o acontecimento é um sonho (letra d).

Já as frases que apresantam o "going to" apresentam ou uma ação próxima ou um futuro certo, planejado (letras c, e).
