A carta em inglês sobre o tema collapse in the Health System in Brazil, poderia ser escrita para o Secretário Geral da ONU da seguinte maneira:

Mr. Guterres,

I come by this letter for report all problems of Health System in this Outbreak of Covid-19 in Brazil and the lack of assistance of the brazilian government to his people. Hospitals often are lacking oxygen cylinders and the pacients are suffering and dying without air. The government can't provide medication and oxygen for all the necessary locals, and deaths are rapidly increasing across the country. Unfortunalety, the vaccination, the only thing that can slow the progress of the Covid-19, is far from happening because the Government of Brazil didn't buy vaccines for everyone. The brazilian people begging to you for help to face this pandemic.
