você não precisa colocar em maiúsculo, coloquei aqui só pra você entender o uso.

you/we/they: usamos o ARE. exemplo: we are friends.

i: usamos o AM. exemplo: i am fine. mas não se esqueça de abreviar, usando o "i'm".

she/he/it: usamos o IS. exemplo: he is cute. quando usamos o "it is", ele vira "it's", por exemplo: it's raining today.
