Anything e Nothing significam Nada,mais a grande diferença e que se frase estiver na negativa,quando se tem um don't,doesn't,not qualquer coisa com n't você não pode usar o Nothing pois o No já e uma negativa,e em inglês a frase não pode ter duas plavras negativas como em português,que é uma caracteristica do Black English que soa totalmente informal e incorreto
Anything também pode significar qualquer coisa,por exemplo na frase
