Sempre quando a pessoa for I, You, We e They o verbo manterá a sua forma.
Quando a pessoa for He, She e It  o verbo ficará no plural.
A mesma coisa é com Do e Does:
I, You, We e They fica Do.
He, She e It fica Does.
Quando você usar Does, o verbo que acompanhar ficará no singular, exemplo:
Does she get dressed? (está certa)
Does she gets dressed? (está errada)

(o verbo to be não se encaixa nessas regras)
