Explicação:

Para passar frases no verbo ser (to be) para o modo interrogativo (interrogative form), ou seja, para fazer perguntas, basta trocar de posição o sujeito e o verbo.

Ex: He is a teacher (Ele é um professor)

    Is he a teacher? (Ele é um professor?)

Para passar para o modo negativo (negative form) basta colocar a palavra NOT (não) após o verbo.

Ex: We are in the living room (Nós estamos na sala)

     We are not in the living room (Nós não estamos na sala)

É possível também realizar contrações, como:

IS + NOT = ISN'T

ARE + NOT = AREN'T

Não há contração para "am + not"
