Acredito eu que na primeira frase seja here e não were.

1-Passe para forma negativa: 

- He doesn't drive here 
- She didn't forget your name 
- I didn't spend two days in Rio
- She doesn't keep the house in order 
- Saioko doesn't understand Japanese 

2-Passe para o tempo passado: 

- She spent much money in Clothes
- I knew your friend 
- They put their books on the shelf [Continua igual]
- My friend came from Rio 
- She left to S.t Paul at 7
