Explicação:

1) no present continuous basta acrescentar -ing aos verbos. como por exemplo, o verb "do" no present continupus fica: doING. o verb "read" fica readING e etc

2) a forma negativa é apenas abreviar o "not" com "n't". ex: verb "do" na n egativa fica: doN'T ou doesN'T. se não quiser abreviar é só acrescentar o "not" ao lado do verb to be, ficando "are not", "is not"...
