Sobre o uso do verbo auxiliar USED TO, e das regras do Simple Past, para criar frases afirmativas, negativas e interrogativas, em inglês, podemos afirmar:

A) I USED TO LIVE IN A FLAT WHEN I WAS A CHILD.

B) DID WE USED TO GO TO DE BEACH EVERY SUMMER?

C) SHE USED TO LOVE EATING CHOCOLATE, BUT NOW SHE HATES IT.

D) HE DID NOT USED TO SMOKE.

E) I USED TO PLAY TENNIS WHEN I WAS AT SCHOOL.

F) SHE USED TO BE ABLE TO SPEAK FRENCHM BUT SHE HAS FORGOTTEN IT ALL.

G) DID HE USED TO PLAY GOLF EVERY WEEKEND?

H) THEY BOTH USED TO HAVE SHORT HAIR.

I) JULIE USED TO STUDY PORTUGUESE.

J) I DIDN'T USED TO HATE SCHOOL.

A estrutura é: Sujeito - DID NOT (DIDN'T) - verbo - complemento.

A forma interrogativa também utiliza o auxiliar DID. A frase é iniciada pelo DID e segue a mesma estrutura padrão, podendo ou não apresentar o NOT.
