The rules about the Present Perfect Tense are simple: SUBJECT + HAVE / HAS + VERB (PAST PARTICIPLE) + etc.
To make questions, just put the auxiliar HAVE / HAS before and it's how it works!

3. I haven't seen anyone yet.
4. We haven't been to the zoo so far.
5. She hasn't arrived yet.
6. Have you read the book yet?
7. How many letters have they written so far?
