i would firstly help my church in their social projects helping thousands of people here in my little city i would do as well is to keep buying food for those in necessity such as wanderers and homeless people, after a while i would probably develop a social program together with the mayor and the political people to keep the homeless out of the street! thus after that i would expand this social program to another cities around! moreover i would not start buying expensive things i would live my simple life as i already do, just sending money to my family when they needed to, and i would make a comfortable house for me and my wife, however it would not be a fancy and extremely large one such as a manor, not at all, it would be a place with a pool and maybe a three story height but always keeping in mind that the frugality is the way to live! indulgence is not something that one could afford especially with some momey that he doesn't work for it! thus a prize such as the lottery one should be wisely managed! thus after that i would buy a small farm where i would raise some oxen and live in peace
