A conjugação do Simple present varia nas três formas (Afirmativa, Negativa e Interrogativa) e precisamos estar atento as regras:
- Affirmative Form: Basta usar o verbo sem o "to". Exceção: Na 3ª pessoa do singular (He, She, it) precisamos acrescentar as terminações -s , -es, -ies de acordo com o verbo utilizado.
- Negative Form: Basta usar o verbo sem o "to" + verbo auxiliar de negação (doesn't para 3ª pessoa do singular, don't para todas as outras)
- Interrogative Form: Utilizamos o verbo auxiliar do (ou does para a 3ª pessoa do singular) na seguinte estrutura: Verbo auxiliar + sujeito + verbo principal + complemento
