Explicação:

Going to é uma forma de expressar futuro, dessa forma ele não altera o verbo. Para formar negativas nesse tempo verbal é necessário apenas por o verbo to be (am/is/are) no negativo e continuar a frase normalmente com o going to.

A formula para negativa é : Pronome pessoal+Verbo to be no negativo+ going to+verbo+restante da frase.

E no caso da interrogativo segue a seguinte forma: Verbo to be+pronome pessoal+ going to+ verbo+ restante da frase.
