Explicação:

É apenas colocar o sujeito + verb to be + ing (gerúndio) + complemento.

Quando é negativa e interrogativa o ing some, quero dizer que ele só aparece na afirmativa.

Na interrogativa o verbo to be vai para a frente  e na negativa apenas pode acrescentar o not no verbo to be. Ou para encurtar pode fazer aren't/isn't ; e no am apenas acrescente o not... nao tem como encurtar com isso...
