Obs: often, aways, sometimes, never, etc indicam tempo. (Aways=sempre, sometimes= as vezes, etc) então nesse caso usamos o verbo sozinho (sem o verbo be=am,is e are)

Obs: am= sou/estou. Now=agora, ou seja, Eu estou falando com meu professor agora (a frase precisa fazer sentido).

Obs: they= eles/elas, Mandy e Susan=elas ou seja: they. E a regra nós diz que they é usado com o verbo be "are". E no começo da frase mencionam a palavra "look", que significa olhe/olhem, e watching significa assistindo, então "olhem" só dá certo numa frase com verbos do presente.
