Olá! como dito anteriormente o foco da frase no Simple Present Passive é, como o próprio nome diz, quem SOFREU a ação, sendo acompanhado pelo BY para se referir o que ou quem realizou a mesma.

A estrutura do Simple Present Passive pode ser dita como: is/are + verbo no past participle (3°coluna).
