Antes de responder, uma rápida explicação sobre there is e there are:

Ambos demonstram a existência de algo, mas there is é singular e there are é plural.

Enfim as respostas:

Afirmativa: There is/There's a cat on my bed.

Negativa: There is not/There's not/There isn't a cat on my bed.

Interrogativa: Is there a cat on my bed?

Afirmativa: There are two oranges in the box.

Negativa: There are not/There aren't two oranges in the box.

Interrogativa: Are there two oranges in the box?

Afirmativa: There are many fruits in the fruit bowl.

Negativa: There are not/There aren't many fruits in the fruit bowl.
