Brazil and Argentina are two of the countries that belong to the south american continent. There is a big rivalry between these nigh hours rivalry that goes beyond the football issue. The quest for political and cultural supremacy has a long story and it started in the colonial times when Portugal and Brazil divided the word,spliting the South American continent between them. Cultural rivabies were always present in Brazil and Argentina,and the sports filds have ben the perfect spot for these conflicts to emerge. No matter if Brazil is the biggest of all the south american countries if its economy in the seventh largest in the world,Argentineans are the loudest and most loyal supporters in the world. As supporters they are far bitter than the Brazilians but wecan,t forgest that Pelé is greater than Maradona.
