Para passar a frase para a negativa, quando ela tem verbo to be é só adicionar o not depois do verbo.

Mas quando não se tem verbo to be, é só colocar o verbo modal "DO + NOT = DON'T", quando for na terceira pessoa, "DOES + NOT".

E para passar para a interrogativa, é só colocar o verbo modal "do ou does" na frente do sujeito.
