Para passar para forma negativa, você deve apenas colocar o verbo to be no negativo.
Assim:
A-) The barber is not cutting my hair.
B-) Aren't you eating breakfast now?
C-) Richard is not paying the bill.
D-) My mother is not making a cake.
E-) We are not helping some poor pleople.
